After Ciara became The Champion of Kirkwall she had hoped things would have calmed down. Unfortunately the people still haven’t decided who would become the new viscount and Knight Commander Meredith has taken control over the city. But Meredith’s rule isn’t good for the city as she continues to oppress the mages in the city. Will this final chapter end well?
